Is this a way to force the S500 users to upgrade to another model? I can't imagine I would gain additional benefit between an S500 and an S510 minus the 64-bit OS compatibility and some additional software enhancements that I don't even care about. I've bought an S500 for myself and several others for my clients but if I don't get any response from Fujitsu I'm going to have to say I will not recommend their products anymore based solely on their terrible customer support. Why is it that this company refuses to help their customers who invested $400 per unit when clearly it involves no cost on their part? Just release whatever driver the customer wants if that's what it takes for the unit to function.
